The Starshield team at SpaceX is looking for an innovative software developer to create systems that support government operations. You'll work on software that controls, monitors, and grows the satellite constellation, engaging in a collaborative environment. Every piece of your code will help facilitate secure and effective satellite operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop systems for satellite command and control
• Design fast software update distribution methods
• Enhance networking systems across the ground network
• Create tools for satellite monitoring and observability
• Own software and hardware in the datacenter
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with C++ and Linux systems
• Strong understanding of networking and debugging
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
