Position: Applied AI Intern at Forest Group

In this role, you will actively participate in building AI tools that support various business operations. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll help develop automations to facilitate communication and reduce manual tasks. Additionally, you will work on creating chatbots and researching AI applications that provide tangible benefits in heavy civil environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI tools for HR and admin tasks

• Automate processes to enhance workflow efficiency

• Develop chatbots for easy access to documentation

• Research AI applications for construction benefits

• Present findings on evaluated tools and pilots to leadership

Requirements:

• Background in AI/ML or experience with LLM applications

• Basic Python and data handling knowledge

• Understanding of machine learning and cloud technologies

• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
