As Senior Software Project Manager, you will connect technical and business stakeholders while reducing complexity and managing delivery risk. You will coordinate software, firmware, hardware, service, and research teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. The role supports predictable outcomes across development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead platform and application software planning using Scaled Agile practices
Coordinate integration across software, firmware, instruments, and peripherals
Resolve project needs through cross-functional collaboration
Plan concurrent development, validation, and commercial release readiness
Deliver status reports, metrics, and visual project management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
Prefer seven or more years of engineering or project management experience
Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development environments
Experience managing multidisciplinary system integration projects
Ability to assess technical trade-offs and project risks
