Position Summary
As a Ready Mix Driver, you play a hands‑on role in helping our communities grow. You deliver concrete safely and reliably to customers, support daily plant operations, and keep your truck in strong working order. Every load you deliver helps build roads, schools, homes, and infrastructure across our region. This role brings together skill, care, and customer focus, with safety at the center of every decision.
Duties
Deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers
Provide clear, timely, and respectful service on every job
Keep your truck clean, inspected, and running reliably
Support plant and yard tasks as part of the daily operation
Complete daily circle checks, including air brake inspections
Operate different transmissions, including 9‑speed manual
Requirements
Hold a valid AZ or DZ licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
Comfortable driving a 9‑speed manual and operating heavy equipment
Bring at least one year of driving experience or be a recent graduate of an accredited truck driver training school
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Know and follow the Highway Traffic Act and local bylaws
Ready to work overtime, weekends, and 8–12 hour shifts as needed
