As a permanent part of the team, you will engage in communication with customers and dispatch, manage appointment bookings, and track shipments effectively. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be crucial in meeting daily operational goals while attending to customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage freight/parcel shipments
• Field phone calls and follow up on inquiries
• Check in/out drivers as needed
• Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Update tracking information for problem shipments
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in transport or courier services
• Strong clerical and data entry capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Detail-oriented with strong ethics
