Multi-Client Logistics Supervisor

Position: Multi-Client Logistics Supervisor Role
Take charge of logistics operations at Ryder in the role of Logistics Supervisor. Lead a dedicated team while ensuring optimal performance across all logistics functions.
In this full-time position, working Monday to Friday, you'll report to the Logistics Manager. As a key leader, your duties encompass supervising logistics operations, conducting staff evaluations, and promoting a culture of cooperation and process improvement. You will also ensure that safety practices align with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise logistics operations and staff performance

• Establish procedures to enhance team effectiveness

• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with clients on operational needs

• Facilitate team meetings and provide coaching

• Conduct employee orientations and training sessions
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is necessary

• One year of experience in logistics or transportation preferred

• Up to one year of supervisory experience required

• Familiarity with DOT regulations is advantageous

• Strong planning and leadership capabilities
