Join Martinrea as an Experienced Driver for local deliveries, ensuring safe and efficient material handling. Ideal candidates will have a strong driving record and at least three years of experience.
This role focuses on delivering skidded freight in a plant environment while maintaining communication with peers and management. You will utilize your valid Drivers License, A-Z/Class B, and Counter-balance license to adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Organizational skills are a must for effective route planning and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck's interior and exterior
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE when required
• Gather paperwork and obtain customer signatures for deliveries
• Organize products for efficient delivery routes
• Conduct daily vehicle check-ups and log maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• Valid A-Z/Class B and Counter-balance licenses
• Clean driving abstract and good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and push/pull less than 50lbs
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards
