As the Fleet & Logistics Supervisor, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. This role requires expertise in fleet management, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization, incorporating data analysis to drive improvements. You will manage logistics operations while coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient delivery and compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct fleet operations ensuring MTO regulations compliance

• Oversee maintenance scheduling for all vehicles

• Manage transportation costs through strategic carrier optimization

• Support freight scheduling with Logistics Coordinator

• Provide loading guidance and manage customs documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet management and logistics

• Familiarity with Ontario transportation regulations

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Valid driver’s license for regular travel

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
