Join our team as a Shipping Specialist in the Shipper II role, focusing on order processing and lift truck operations. You will ensure efficient shipment preparation and packaging while maintaining safety standards.
As a Shipper II, you'll play a crucial role in our logistics process. Your main duties will include reviewing work orders, packaging products, and operating lift trucks. This role requires certification for lift truck operation and a strong attention to detail to ensure all shipments meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process work orders with special instructions
• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing slips
• Conduct final inspections and tag nonconforming products
• Operate and inspect lift trucks pre-shift
• Load and unload transport trucks while securing shipments
Requirements:
• Lift truck certification is required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg)
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Proficient in English communication
• Attention to detail for inspection duties
