Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and book customer appointments

• Oversee Ryder entries for loads and returns

• Lead daily meetings with stakeholders for planning

• Direct drivers, assign doors, and manage paperwork

• Strategically plan and execute delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shipping or logistics roles

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, proactive, and diligent work ethic

• Experience with SAP is essential

• Ability to work independently and with a team
