Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and assign equipment daily

• Manage customer pick-up requests and ensure timely dispatch

• Verify compliance with load protocols

• Complete administrative tasks and assist as needed

• Maintain driver communication equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• 3–5 years of manual dispatching experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Proficiency in Excel and email communication

• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
