Transportation Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Route outbound freight for timely, safe deliveries

• Manage real-time adjustments for unforeseen delays

• Resolve issues for Master Group truck drivers

• Execute standardized transportation processes and KPIs

• Communicate effectively with the driver workforce

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Experience in regional outbound transportation operations

• Knowledge of Canadian regulations and driver compliance

• Proficiency with Excel and digital route management tools

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
