Field Support at FedEx Logistics

Enhance logistics operations as a Field Support Representative with Fed Ex. Prioritize dispatch efficiency and capacity optimization while adhering to safety standards.

You will be responsible for dispatching transportation equipment in line with the Linehaul plan, ensuring timely operations and service integrity. This role involves managing cargo shipments, conducting yard inventories, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. You'll also communicate effectively with management regarding any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch transportation equipment following Linehaul schedules

• Manage cargo shipment processes to maximize trailer volume

• Enter and track dispatch events accurately in TMS

• Conduct yard checks and report missing equipment

• Communicate safety initiatives to the team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED needed

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous dispatch experience is desired

• Clean driving record for roles involving driving

• Effective communication skills in both French and English
