GTA Night Dispatcher Position Available

CMI seeks a skilled Night Dispatcher to enhance our team at 8470 Keele Street, Concord ON. In this full-time role, you'll ensure effective logistics for our customers' bin services.

As a Dispatcher, you'll interact with customers to manage pickups and deliveries, coordinating driver schedules and addressing any service issues. With at least 2 years of transportation dispatch experience, you will be adept at navigating the GTA and Southern Ontario. Your strong communication and attention to detail will be key to success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns

• Schedule pickups based on customer needs

• Monitor live customer camera feeds

• Ensure drivers adhere to planned routes

• Validate all dispatch paperwork for completeness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in dispatching

• Knowledge of operations/logistics is an asset

• Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)

• Detail-oriented approach to tasks

• Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
