Transportation Equipment Dispatcher Role

Join Fed Ex as a Transportation Equipment Dispatcher, where you will coordinate the timely dispatch of cargo under the Linehaul plan. Guarantee service integrity and efficiency every shift.

This role focuses on dispatching transportation equipment while ensuring adherence to both dispatch and arrival protocols. You will maximize trailer loads to meet delivery obligations and utilize an online TMS system for efficient operations. Regular checks and communication of safety initiatives are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch cargo shipments to meet capacity goals

• Ensure accurate entries in the TMS for dispatch events

• Verify load/unload status through consistent yard checks

• Communicate any violations to management as needed

• Assist management with audit activities and data retrieval

Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement:
High School Diploma

• Previous dispatch experience is preferred

• Proficiency in French and English for candidates in Quebec

• Valid driving license without significant infractions

• Shift availability from Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM
