As a Traffic Control Personnel (TCP), you will report directly to the Crew Supervisor. Your responsibilities include directing traffic using tools like signs and radios, following the traffic control plan, and communicating effectively with Site Supervisors and other TCPs. A hands-on role, you may also interact with pedestrians and motorists, requiring keen observation and quick decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic efficiently around construction zones
• Follow communication protocols set by supervisors
• Collaborate with other TCPs for smooth operations
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Work in diverse weather and shift conditions
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills essential
• Team-oriented and positive attitude
• Construction industry experience helpful
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license required
• Committed to safety practices and protocols
