As a Road Technician at Webber, you will play an integral role in maintaining roads and related infrastructure assets, focusing on safety and effective service delivery. Your diverse responsibilities will include setting up traffic controls, performing minor electrical repairs, and ensuring operational efficiency of roadway systems. You will also be involved in emergency response activities outside regular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set traffic control measures for safe maintenance operations
• Conduct repairs on bridges, roadways, and drainage systems
• Operate vehicles for crew and equipment transport
• Manage standard maintenance tasks for assets and infrastructure
• Participate in emergency response work as needed
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED required
• One year of maintenance experience preferred
• Valid AZ/DZ driver license with good record required
• CDL and desired certifications such as Electrical or Welding
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
