Position: Casual Shuttle Operator / Shuttle Driver
Adecco is currently hiring a Casual Shuttle Operator / Shuttle Driver for a facility in Bolton, ON. This opportunity is ideal for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience in shuttle driving, passenger transportation, bus driving, delivery driving, forklift operation, or other vehicle operation roles.
As a Shuttle Operator, you will safely transport employees throughout the facility using a 12 to 15-passenger shuttle vehicle, helping support efficient day-to-day operations. This casual position offers flexible hours and is ideal for retired drivers, experienced vehicle operators, or individuals seeking supplemental income in a professional, team-oriented, and safety-focused environment.

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Location: Bolton, ON
• Schedule: Approximate shift timings: 7:30am - 1:30pm or 5:00pm - 10:30pm | MUST be available for weekends
• Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 12-15 passenger tram within the facility.
• Transport employees between designated departments and facility entrances during scheduled breaks.
• Ensure passengers are transported safely, courteously, and on schedule.
• Follow all traffic, safety, and operational procedures while operating the vehicle.
• Conduct basic pre-trip safety checks and report any concerns.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with employees, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Support other operational duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a driving, transportation, customer service, or vehicle operation role.
• Experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, airport shuttle operator, passenger van driver, taxi driver, delivery driver, or industrial vehicle operator is considered an asset.
• Strong commitment to safety and responsible vehicle operation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Comfortable sitting and operating a vehicle for extended periods.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
