You'll ensure TSSA compliance with MTR/CRN documentation and enhance communication among team members. • Lead a team of Warehouse Associates and provide feedback

• Oversee daily operational tasks effectively

• Ensure MTR/CRN documentation meets compliance standards

• Maintain clear communication for process improvements

• Keep the work environment safe and organized

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Basic math knowledge and effective communication skills

• MHE Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
