We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The role will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times.
Responsibilities- Supervise shipping and receiving activities by overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform transfers of finished goods, ingredients, raw materials, and miscellaneous products and supplies.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and storage requirements, and ensure that customer orders are processed properly.
- Manage inventory by performing inventory audits of finished goods, ingredients, raw materials, supplies, QA holds, and equipment; verify allocated quantities against actual product shipped on outbound orders.
- Enter information into the database system and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
- Manage and prioritize workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand and space.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor machine impact and investigate any issues related to personal or plant damage before resetting machine information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring shipments are handled with care and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (SAP) and other software tools to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse staff to foster professional growth and development.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
- Show flexibility to work non‑standard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note) and other related applications.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools; experience with SAP preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material‑handling equipment preferred.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Salary range: $74,441 – $124,441.
Working Conditions &Physical Requirements
Work involves daily exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, darkness, noise, and seasonal weather extremes. Employees may encounter mechanical equipment, forklifts, chemical hazards, and electrical hazards. Standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying packages up to 50 pounds are required. Sensory perception, professional etiquette, and communication with associates are essential.
