Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator for our client's distribution team in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will support daily warehouse functions, including inventory management, system navigation, and equipment operation. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong technical skills, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Job Details- Pay Rate: 22.00/hour
- Location: Vaughan, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability to support efficient daily warehouse operations
- Utilize general computer skills to navigate systems such as Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Dock Stockers, and assist with tray cleanup operations
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and accuracy standards
- Perform inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts, stock verification, and data updates
- Support warehouse processes through accurate system navigation and operational execution
- Assist team members with system-related tasks and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Conduct quality checks, including verifying product codes, dates, and condition as required
- Accurately input and update data in warehouse systems and reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory control environment
- Hands‑on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including interpreting reports and performing basic data updates
- Experience conducting quality checks, code date verification, or product audits
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating a Dock Stocker
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and data entry
- Effective communication skills with the ability to elevate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working in high-volume distribution centers
- Familiarity with inventory discrepancy investigation and resolution
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
