Looking for the perfect opportunity to supplement your income? Join the Envoi team as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate! Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our package processing is quick, accurate, and efficient.

We are looking for energetic individuals with a knack for speed to help us process incoming shipments and prepare them for prompt driver pickups.

• Unpack and Sort: Remove packages from pallets, place them on the conveyor belt, and sort products according to company guidelines.
• Scan and Organize: Use your personal smartphone and the Envoi app to scan barcodes and accurately position packages on sorting racks.
• Load Vehicles: Assist with loading packages directly into driver vehicles for out-for-delivery routes.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a close-knit team to meet and exceed daily production goals.
• Maintain Safety: Keep the work environment clean and hazard‑free by organizing pallets, clearing shrink wrap, and strictly adhering to safety protocols.

• Tech-Ready: You must own a smartphone with a functioning camera to scan orders via the Envoi app.
• Physical Stamina: The role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, scanning, bending, and shelving.
• Lifting Capabilities: You must be able to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs (maximum dimensions: 20” x 15” x 15”).

  The vast majority of packages weigh less than 10 lbs.
• Paced for Success: Punctuality, speed, and efficiency are critical to success in this fast‑paced environment.

• Shift Times: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Work Days: Our facility operates 7 days a week. You will be scheduled for shifts across these days to meet your average of 23 to 28 hours per week.
• Compensation: Average weekly pay of $450.00 CAD (subject to standard source deductions).
• Pay Frequency: Get paid fast! Wages are paid every Monday via direct deposit for the previous week's shifts.
• Benefits Participation: After three-months of employment, part-time team members are eligible to enroll in our benefits program, which includes health, dental, and vision coverage. Valid OHIP coverage is required.
