Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound & Return specialist to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving inbound, put-away, and RMAs. They will ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods, prepare proper documents for items to be returned to vendors, follow up to ensure credit or replacement is received on time, and maintain proper KPIs to support warehouse management.
This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Use SAP RF scanners/computer to inbound products into inventory
Verify product item quantity and quality, including expiry dates
Ensure items are prepared for put away
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift certification is an asset
Working Conditions
Fast-paced warehouse environment
May require overtime or weekend shifts depending on business needs
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Essential Requirements
Be able to climb stairs and ladders unassisted
Possess normal eye-hand coordination
Be able to stand for a period of time in excess of 90 minutes
Be able to bend, stoop, carry, grasp, kneel, and lift without assistance
Be able to lift or maneuver a minimum of 70 lbs without assistance
Be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, interpret documents, and read, speak, write and understand standard English, professional journals, technical procedures, and regulations
Be able to solve practical problems
Be able to perform basic arithmetic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, ratios, percentages, proportions, and decimals) and work with mathematical concepts
Be able to use phones, PCs, and other business machines unassisted
