Combi Forklift Operator

Overview  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement and management of goods. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Duties   Operate various types of equipment, including combi and counterbalance picking and material handling.
Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders effectively.
Perform order picking tasks accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications   Proven experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role within warehouse management or distribution.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Experience operating forklifts or clamp trucks is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
