Warehouse Associate Manufacturing Concord, Ontario

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. You’ll work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (no weekends, day shift only) with an hour off for lunch.

Location:

Concord, ON (Hwy 400 & 7). Work out of the regional office at 441 Applewood Crescent, Concord, ON.

• Strip and load trailers using a forklift.
• Pick and check orders using a forklift and automated pallet wrapper.
• Prepare products for shipping, label filters, and a variety of value‑added services.
• Process small parcel shipments via Purolator, UPS, Fed Ex, Dicom, etc., and on‑site pick ups for local clients.
• Take initiative in keeping the warehouse clean and organized (motorized floor washer runs once a week).
• Coordinate and book trucks for shipping goods via email.
• Provide backup support for others on the warehouse team.
• Operate power material handling equipment safely (forklift, stretch wrapper, powered floor washer, industrial vacuum cleaner, hydraulic dock plates, powered overhead doors).
• Perform all aspects of warehouse duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (required).
• Valid forklift certification and experience with reach and counterbalance forklifts (preferred).
• Familiarity with courier shipping platforms (UPS, Purolator, Fed Ex, etc.).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
