As a vital member of NEXT Supply's warehouse team, you will assist the supervisor in delivering exceptional service while fostering a positive work culture. This leadership role requires strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train Warehouse Associates while promoting company values
• Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving and picking
• Manage MTR/CRN documentation for compliance purposes
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• MHE Certification or ability to obtain it within three months
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
