Inventory Coordinator – 2nd Shift Lead

Join Dentsply Sirona as an Inventory Coordinator on the 2nd shift leading the control of stock integrity. This role relies on strong communication and organizational skills to ensure operational efficiency.

You will manage and investigate inventory discrepancies, utilize SAP for order processing, and support team members in maintaining a safe workspace. Candidates must handle dynamic conditions and efficiently coordinate workflow, ensuring organizational effectiveness in the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cycle count recertification efforts

• Resolve discrepancies in inventory records

• Supervise stock management across bin locations

• Ensure a clean and organized work environment

• Act as backup for Warehouse Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in distribution

• Proven SAP knowledge and self-motivation

• Strong analysis skills for logistics improvements

• Experience with GMP and WHIMS standards

• Capability to multi-task effectively under pressure
