This position involves leading the daily activities of a distribution center, focusing on planning, staffing, and operational strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining performance standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing your team through effective coaching and management. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations within designated warehouse areas
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and guidelines
• Plan activities to meet departmental goals
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for staff
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts
Requirements:
• Required post-secondary education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
• 5 years of inventory management experience preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial
