SHEIN Canada is seeking a Project Management Supervisor focused on enhancing warehouse operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, analyzing KPIs, implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and managing operational projects. The ideal candidate will engage with various stakeholders to improve productivity, streamline processes, and uphold performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across inbound, outbound, and inventory management

• Identify bottlenecks through KPI analysis and workflow studies

• Develop project plans to enhance productivity and cost efficiency

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement

• Build and maintain project documentation for decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 3+ years in warehouse operations and project coordination

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and KPIs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Mandarin preferred
