Parcel Supervisor - Nights

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 1:30am to 9:30am

Position Type:Permanent, Full Time

Salary:Up to $68,000, will be based on experience

• Supervise parcel dock employees and operations
• Lead, coach and train personnel
• Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
• Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
• Customer shipment audits when required
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
• Action on all last-minute shipment requests

Do you fit the job profile?

• Previous Courier experience is preferred
• Previous Dock experience is preferred
• Previous Automated Sortation experience is preferred
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
• Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
