Warehouse Supervisor with Inventory Focus

This role requires an experienced Warehouse Supervisor proficient in handling inbound and outbound logistics while overseeing staff coordination. With at least two years of relevant warehouse experience, you will be responsible for task assignment, productivity monitoring, and operational safety. Your leadership skills are essential for resolving shipping errors and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics staff duties

• Monitor daily operations on receiving and inventory control

• Ensure compliance with safety and efficiency in operations

• Resolve discrepancies in shipping and inventory counts

• Maintain accurate data using WMS and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse industry experience

• Preferred 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity

• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
