SHEIN is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to ensure smooth operations in our facility. You will coordinate with 3PL warehouse teams and manage daily operational tasks while using WMS, TMS, and other systems. Your responsibilities include meeting target metrics, assisting in maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse teams for efficient operations

• Implement action plans to meet operational goals

• Oversee departmental tasks and resolve operational challenges

• Assist in maintenance and repair coordination

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Forklift and reach truck certification preferred

• 1+ years in a distribution or logistics environment

• Proficient in ERP and WMS systems

• Strong communication skills required
