Position: Warehouse Supervisor at Multy
Lead daily warehouse operations with Multy as a Distribution Center Supervisor. Oversee tasks like inventory management and team training while ensuring safety and efficiency in a sustainable environment.

As a Distribution Center Supervisor for Multy, you will report directly to the Distribution Manager and manage warehouse workflows. Your primary responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role also demands close collaboration with other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support

• Oversee inventory control and storage processes

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

• Conduct performance reviews and training for staff

• Monitor loading and unloading of goods for accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution supervision

• Strong skills in warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Experience in a unionized Consumer Packaged Goods environment

• Proficiency in managing ocean container workflows

• Excellent communication skills in English
