Position: Warehouse Operations Specialist at SHEIN

In this role, you will be instrumental in the operational aspects of SHEIN’s warehouse, with responsibilities that include coordinating with managers and 3PL teams. You’ll support daily activities, oversee departmental metrics, and assist in maintenance and safety compliance to foster a fully operational warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of warehouse teams for daily tasks

• Help implement operational action plans for improvement

• Conduct audits to resolve operational challenges

• Manage maintenance records and schedules

• Participate in health and safety inspections and reporting

Requirements:

• Must lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs

• Forklift certification preferred

• 1+ year experience in logistics or distribution

• Familiarity with WMS systems is essential

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
