Support SHEIN's warehouse as a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist, enhancing both operational and safety protocols. This role demands a proactive attitude towards efficiency and team collaboration.
As a crucial team member, the Warehouse Specialist aids in managing inbound and outbound logistics within SHEIN’s warehouse. You'll work closely with 3PL partners, oversee maintenance schedules, and contribute to safety compliance, all while using advanced logistics systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily operations and team coordination
• Implement action plans to improve departmental goals
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance
• Support regular maintenance activities and recordkeeping
• Operate forklifts during peak operational times
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Forklift and reach truck certification highly desired
• 1+ years of experience in a logistics setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
