Seasonal Package Handler at FedEx

Join Fed Ex as a Seasonal Package Handler and support freight operations with loading, unloading, and sorting. This position requires physical strength and a flexible schedule for up to 22 hours weekly.

In this seasonal role, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing freight within the facility. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and knowledge of Fed Ex Canada operations. The ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with the right equipment is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently

• Scan and sort packages within the facility

• Complete all required basic and recurrence training

• Operate in a PC Windows environment for tasks

• Follow Canadian Customs regulations when applicable

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs packages

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Flexibility to work different shifts

• Bilingual candidates in Quebec preferred
