Become part of Demetres as a Warehouse Staff Member, where your responsibilities will ensure our delightful desserts are efficiently delivered in Woodbridge. This part-time role involves packing and organizing deliveries daily.

Demetres values aptitude and personality in recruiting for our warehouse team. This part-time role (~30 hours/week) is based in our central kitchen and includes shifts across various days, including weekends and holidays. Your responsibilities will consist of packing deliveries, receiving inventory, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare ingredients and desserts for shipment

• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts efficiently

• Manage and store incoming shipments

• Handle disposal of packing waste properly

• Maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:

• Fit to work in freezing conditions

• Quick learner and organized worker

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• Good communication with team members

• Independent and self-disciplined worker
