In your role as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, ensuring team performance aligns with SHEIN's standards. Your expertise in distribution management and safety protocols will be key to fostering a productive warehouse environment. You'll work closely with various teams to meet operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with 3PL teams for operational success
• Monitor and report on safety protocols and compliance
• Execute maintenance plans and manage inventory supplies
• Train team members in best practices for safety
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
Requirements:
• 3-8 years of distribution experience with leadership
• Forklift and reach truck operational license required
• Knowledge in logistics management is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs during operations
