Yource Group organiseert een uitdagende klantenservicefunctie voor het RDW in Nederland. Je behandelt vragen over voertuigen en rijbewijzen, biedt heldere antwoorden en denkt mee met de klant.
De rol start met een volledig betaalde training van twee weken op kantoor, gevolgd door twee weken begeleiding. Werktijden variëren tussen 20 en 32 uur per week, met de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken na de inwerkperiode.
