InWork LLC zoekt een IT Servicedesk Medewerker om het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor gebruikers met IT-vragen en storingen. Je levert snelle ondersteuning bij meldingen en bewaakt de voortgang tot oplossing. Je werkt aan standaardwijzigingen en legt processen vast in samenwerking met andere IT-teams.
Je krijgt begeleiding en ontwikkelt jezelf technisch en professioneel verder. Het team kenmerkt zich door betrokkenheid, informele cultuur en samenwerking.
