Als hét aanspreekpunt voor onze softwaregebruikers help je klanten via telefoon en e-mail. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van technische uitdagingen tot uitleg over nieuwe features in ons volledig nieuw ontwikkelde systeem.

Iemand met MBO / HBO werk- en denkniveau die communicatief sterk is en graag meedenkt met de klant. Ervaring met klantenservice of reserveringssoftware is een mooie plus!
