D. Je begeleidt jongeren van 15 tot 23 jaar in een nieuwe woonlocatie. Jouw rol is coachend en je draagt bij aan een veilig leefklimaat. Voor deze functie heb je een relevante mbo- of hbo-opleiding nodig en ben je geregistreerd in het kwaliteitsregister SKJ. We bieden een aantrekkelijk arbeidscontract conform CAO Jeugdzorg met een jaarcontract en flexibele uren tussen 24-28 per week.
