Sales Engineer – Distribution Domain

At our headquarters in Veghel, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales Support Office in the Distribution domain.

In this role, you will operate at the core of our sales organization, connecting technical expertise with commercial success. You ensure that our global teams have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed.

• Act as the key link between Sales Engineering, Layout Engineering, and Technology. You are energized by stakeholder coordination, working independently on projects, and aligning effectively with project team members.
• Initiate improvements and optimizations of tooling for Sales Engineering. Align with stakeholders on improvement opportunities and desired outcomes, and guide the process through to delivery of the tooling, such as noise and power calculation tools.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our knowledge platform with high-quality, technically relevant sales content.
• Collaborate with the global sales community to understand customer needs and accelerate the development of high-quality, data-driven technical proposals.
• Transfer knowledge and support the training and onboarding of new engineers.
• Provide feedback to product Management and Technology teams.
• Oversee the design and development of data dashboards (e.g., Power BI) that translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of automated workflows (e.g., via Power Automate) to ensure relevant data and information are accurately captured within existing tooling and databases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve the availability, consistency, and quality of technical data.

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical, business or data-related field. Preferably, experience in mechanical engineering and/or sales engineering of logistics process automation solutions.
• A strong analytical mindset with an affinity for structured data management and process optimization.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and departments.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is considered a plus.
