We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO specialist professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our ERP Implementation Program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PMO consultant, preferably within ERP implementation programs in multinational environments, and possess strong organizational and planning skills.

• Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation.
• Operate and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning.
• Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment, workshops, and decision‑making sessions.
• Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or similar.
• 3-5 years of PMO or project/program support experience in complex environments.
• Experience with in ERP implementation programs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of planning, reporting, and RAID processes.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• Expert in PowerPoint and creative with visuals—able to translate complex information into strong executive presentations.
• Skilled with PM tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Planner, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
