Supply Chain Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Implementation Specialist to support the integration of two new factories in the United States. This role involves ensuring smooth transition and stabilization of order-to-cash, stock management, warehousing, and transportation processes during and after the go-live phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous process improvements.

• Support order fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation activities during and after the system go-live.
• Participate actively in daily supply chain operations such as order processing, delivery, and invoicing to ensure seamless workflow.
• Quickly learn new systems and process frameworks.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve process deviations with a focus on stability and accuracy.
• Continuously review and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly order-to-cash and stock management.
• Collaborate effectively with operational teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, especially in similar roles involving supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, warehousing, transportation, and SAP systems.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with system go‑lives, implementations, or integrations.
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch fluency is a plus).
• Analytical thinker capable of balancing operational execution with process improvement.
