Udea BV zoekt een Facilitair Coördinator (40 uur per week) die zorg draagt voor het optimaal functioneren van panden, installaties en faciliteiten. Je werkt samen met leveranciers en interne teams om een veilige, representatieve werkomgeving te waarborgen.
Je beschikt over HBO-denkniveau, ervaring in facilitair beheer en technisch inzicht in gebouwinstallaties. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om bereikbaarheidsdiensten te draaien.
