Meierijstad zoekt een Woonbegeleider die ondersteuning biedt aan Oekraïense vluchtelingen. Je helpt hen bij hun eerste stappen in een nieuwe omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich kunnen ontwikkelen in Meierijstad. Als aanspreekpunt bied je praktische hulp en organiseer je workshops.
Je werkt samen met scholen en andere instanties. Deze rol vereist veerkracht en de mogelijkheid om mensen in kwetsbare situaties te ondersteunen. Een mbo-niveau 4 in sociaal-agogisch domein is vereist, en je moet flexibel beschikbaar zijn.
