Being a Warehouse Employee at Mega Group, you perform all essential tasks in the warehouse and on the outdoor premises to ensure that picked orders are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. You also carry out inbound activities to ensure that incoming goods are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly.

• Process orders:Pick, pack, load, unload products. You make sure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch.

• Handle inbound goods:Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and store items in the correct warehouse locations. You also help replenish stock when needed.

• Use warehouse equipment safely:Operating and maneuvering a forklift, electric pallet truck, or reach truck.

• Ensureaccurateadministration:Register completed orders, inbound goods, and stock movements in the automated system.

• Work accurately & efficiently:Check order accuracy, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments are handled correctly.

• Support daily warehouse operations:Maintain a clean and orderly workspace,assist with inventory counts, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Teamwork:Collaborate with your team and follow instructions from the Team Lead to achieve daily goals safely and efficiently.

• Physically fitand able to lift and move goods as part of daily warehouse tasks.

• Comfortable with basic technology, such as scanners, warehouse systems, and computers.

• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work well in different teams or departments.

• Strong attention to detailto ensureaccurateand high‑quality work.

• Apositive attitude and a genuine team player mindset.

• Willingness to learnnew skills and grow within the role.

• Ability toswitch tasks quickystay organized, and solve problems in a busy warehouse environment.

• Fluencyin English. Dutch is a plus but not required.
