Occupational Therapist

Be part of the home care team in Vegreville as an Occupational Therapist. This part-time role supports clients in achieving meaningful occupations through evidence-informed therapy.

In this role, you will provide essential occupational therapy services to home care clients in the Vegreville area. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, collaborating with clients and their families, and participating in interprofessional teams to enhance service quality. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will focus on enabling clients to achieve greater independence and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-informed occupational therapy services

• Conduct assessments and triage for client needs

• Collaborate with clients and families in treatment planning

• Participate in interprofessional healthcare teams

• Supervise Therapy Assistants and Aides when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Registered with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Security experience preferred

• Full availability for shifts
