Define work instructions, process flowcharts, tooling requirements, and parameters for complex mechatronic assembly.

2nd Line Support:
Act as the technical escalation point for shop floor disturbances that 1st line support cannot resolve.

Failure Analysis:
Lead root-cause investigations on non-conforming products and quality complaints to prevent recurrence.

NPI & R&D Interface:
Collaborate with Development & Engineering (D&E) during pilot phases to feed manufacturability insights back into early product design.

Continuous Improvement:
Apply Lean, 6P, and quality frameworks (FMEA, SPC) to stabilize processes and boost yield.

Mentorship:
Coach shop floor operators and junior engineers on updated protocols and technical standards.

Domain Expertise:
Hands-on experience with high-precision mechatronics, linear actuators, or precision tooling.

Quality Methodologies:
Practical knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and root-cause failure analysis tools.

Environment:

Experience with semi-automated assembly lines and NPI (New Product Introduction) process hand-offs.

Competenties    Communication:
Excellent command of English; strong cross-functional communicator across R&D, Logistics, and Operations.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical capability paired with a practical, hands-on shop-floor attitude.

Quality & Safety Focus:
Uncompromising commitment to precision, process robustness, and safety protocols.

Organization:
Solid planning capabilities with the drive to coordinate priorities and mentor junior team members.
